I had Rebecca and I cannot get a hold of her and I had questions to ask her and I paid her retainer. He was a large amount and we only went to court once but I had a bunch of questions and things and she did call me back I call 15 time about my case I want answers that I never did get. I pay her $3000 retainer and we went to court one time. I feel like she didn’t do her job the best she could. And she was not friendly, she made me uncomfortable and went to court. She had a straight face and just odd. I had a bad feeling down before I give her my money, but I need Attorney really bad and fast and I made a judgment.

This review pertains to Rebekah Rice only. Ray Bogucki is an attorney who cares about his clients and works hard. Rebekah Rice however is useless. She failed to answer phone calls, failed to reply to emails, failed to show up in court as scheduled, failed to respond to my request of a refund, and failed to do any work whatsoever on the case to accomplish what she was hired to do. Even the receptionist (who no longer works there) was embarrassed by having to make excuses for the lack of response from Rebekah. I've unfortunately found out too late that she's a terrible attorney who I never should have hired. I only wish I've known this before I gave her a large retainer. I've heard from many others that she has a habit of accepting payment for a job she doesn't intend to do. I've learned online reviews are important. I will utilize them in hopes that her pathetic reputation will become visible online and not only by word of mouth. After numerous phone calls and emails begging for a response, I sent a certified letter. After still getting zero response from her, I filed a complaint with the bar. Maybe she’ll deem them worthy of a response since she obviously doesn’t value her clients’ needs.

Because Richard Reed is actually a pretty good attorney. When he took over my case after 3 years it was finally resolved.

But for the love of all things holy. DO NOT give Rebekah Rice your money. She was paid a large some of money up front & did absolutely nothing on my case. She makes the firm look bad!
