Do not waste your time.

It’s been over a year since we started a process of drafting a will for my family with Mr. Rath. It’s a simple will. After one office visit in 4/24 and a follow up email with a few additional details a week later, Mr. Rath went silent for a month. So we sent an email requesting an update. He replied that week said things had delayed him but those things were cleared up. 3 more months passed with no update.

Finally in late October, 6 months after our first meeting, we had some back and forth email communications to sign a form officially enlisting his representation. After a few emails, he even declared that he thought we could sign the papers on 11/1/24! But after one additional phone call about how to distribute to our declared charities, he went silent again.

It’s been nearly a year since then and he’s ignored our emails. So I called the office in 8/25 and spoke to his partner, Mr. Blumberg. He had no idea what was going on and said he’s find out. 4 weeks later and no return call.

So I called again today (9/8/25) and got Mr. Blumberg again. He never spoke with Mr. Rath. He had no update for me. They are not serious business people. Do not waste your time or money on them.
