I called and spoke with an intake specialist--Trudy I believe was her name-- on a Monday afternoon, providing details about my case/issue. She seemed polite which is why I will give 2 stars. I was told she would call me back by Thursday, and if not Thursday, then Friday at the latest. I never received a call. When I called back the following Tuesday to follow up, I was told they couldn't take my case. I was disappointed she didn't even call to let me know, as a simple call back out of courtesy would have shown their office was reputable.

It was a real pleasant experience working with BBGA. Everyone that had to work with me was real nice. They took the time to explain everything that I needed to be explained if they didn’t know the answer they didn’t stop until they got the correct answer for me. Very kind people, it was a pleasure working with them. Although this case came to an end they informed me that if I still need them I can call. Thank you to Chase Ruffin and his team.
