In 2019, I had a Mediation with a mediator, Christ Raines, and my ex and her attorney. The first thing we all agreed on, and everyone involved signed it, was that when she refinanced the house and car, I would give her the car title and a quick claimed deed for the house. But Raines left those two details off the petition he turned in to the Judge. But he did leave the part where I gave her the house and car. There was a lot of stuff on the petition to view, and I asked if everything we agreed to was in it. He said yes, but I should read it anyway. I did, but did not understand all the legal jargon and there was a lot of stuff to go through on my own. I missed where Raines left out the part where she was supposed to refinance the home mortgage and the car. My ex took my name off of the mortgage deed but she did not refinance the mortgage loan. The mortgage loan is still in my name. I still have the mediate sheet to prove what I say is true. If you deal with this guy be sure to double-check Everything he does.

Horrible experience. Had a mediation here and was left in the waiting room 10 minutes past the start time with no information. Their clerk was nasty when I inquired what was going on and when I said I may need to reschedule. She became abrasive and escalated an already tense situation. The mediator, not affiliated with this establishment, was terrific.
