I was not a client but a family member of mine was and I was present when she was given a very rude attitude by one of the assistants kate. Very poor communication and attitude.

Mr. Beyer so much NICER than his assistant Kate. But at the end of the day i needed my paper done so i had to just look away and take the very very rude attitude at the end. For a paper that only took her a minute to fix. Definitely poor communication.

The women that work in this office are liars cheaters, and they don’t return phone calls. You leave a message two weeks later they don’t return it. They lie they cheat they pass off phone calls to people that are not the person that you wanna talk to they shield you from the lawyer that is a court reported attorney and they think it’s a joke. This whole law firm is a joke. The only person I ever talk to hear that is serious is Mr. buyer. Everybody else is a joke. His own law firm partner didn’t even have the courtesy to show up to court on time I had to call an hour later to find out where she was at. The secretary is the most rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. I had to call 20 times and hang up because they wouldn’t return my phone call. And then they got mad at me because I called 20 times and hung up. Well, why didn’t you call me back 12 days ago? Mr. buyer you need to take a good look at your staff because they’re a bunch of liars and I don’t like them and they don’t like me.

Can you say NO communication?! After 2 calls on a relatively simple matter, no one ever reached out. Guess they don't need the business! Plenty of other attorneys in Morganton for anyone to use, don't use these folks. I am a retired Realtor, and I would not trust these folks to handle one of my clients....
