It's been 4 years since I was in contact with this firm. for asbestoses claims. 4 years later, and no settlement checks at all. A few offers that I had notarized and sent back immediately, but no checks at all.
I keep on getting the "trusts have 1000's of claims coming in".
They go back to the 1970's and 80's with the exposure. A lot of people are in their 60's or 70's right now. Why did it take this long for something to be done?
