AVOID unless all you need is a simple will. AVOID if you have a large estate!!! Beth is 100% ALL about billable hours. I’m not going to list examples as this would be too long to read. Just to name one or two, I was told I did not need a trust and that health care surrogate documents were made. I then went to Safe Harbor Law Firm in Naples. Had all my documents from Beth. There was not a health care surrogate document and yes, my house did need to be in a trust.
My friend who is older and confused is a beneficiary of an estate. The trust was drawn up by Beth. Beth has been trying to settle this estate for over 9 months and has been paid over $150k in billable hours. Very long story short, Beth has resigned. In 9 months she has accomplished literally NOTHING. Friend was told at one point Beth’s assistant left the firm and that Beth basically had to start from scratch. Please avoid. Like I said, if you have a large estate… BEWARE AND AVOID
