NEW Landlord forces credit to debit over ClickPay portal under duress at San Pedro Senior Apartmentsa almost double base rent (others similar). Hot Tub out of use 5 months caused explicitly by management. No notice to anyone regarding working or not. Made LAHD complaint and shared LAHD hot line with tenants. Manager posts Rules & Regulations (leaving only them and general inbox for complaints). CEO recieve email about law, 48 hrs later mealer daemon from same email. Went on SDI from Stress injury 4/30 [proof]. Other tenant complaints about a roof being charged still after paid in full. ClickPay nor New Management Mashcole provides itemized list, forces payment through portal only. There are complaints her and a good case. But no. Went through the website process twice then sent it through Meta Ai and we deducted a review would be better than BAR complaint. Going through the sight to the Landlord/Tenant or Eviction page button and goes only to Eviction walk through. I select "No" to each because this is Tenant/Landlord. Site pretty much says Waaa Waaa!! You lose we only do eviction and lied about the other. Landlord/Tenant *OR* Eviction The website only takes you through eviction questionnaire nothing for Tenant/Landlord YOU ARE FALSE ADVERTISING

Bet Tzedek name was provided regarding help with elderly issue and it is near impossible to reach the office and after completing the intake there is no way of reaching the office - by phone, email or messages ignored.
