I went here looking to have a will written, but instead I was left waiting while Meegan was on the phone with what sounded like a friend engaging in smalltalk about another acquaintance.

Apparently her social life chatting with friends is more important than her job. Even though I had an appointment and showed up on time: I was kept waiting for over 10 minutes while she wasted time with her friend over nonsense until I just told the secretary I'll just go someplace else and left.

Absolutely self-absorbed and unprofessional.
