This review is for my husband, Journey, and our experience from filing his divorce to successfully obtaining his Social Security number and immigrant visa—transitioning from a tourist visa to an immigrant visa.

We began the process in December. After two weeks, my husband received his divorce decree. Two weeks later, we submitted the application to adjust his status from a tourist visa to a permanent resident. Throughout this entire process, Ms. Angie was incredibly helpful, patient, and detailed. She guided us in gathering every document needed—from the work permit application to the adjustment of status requirements. Her instructions were always clear, organized, and thorough.

Ms. Angie truly helped us every step of the way. She is amazing in everything she does. Before the interview, she even conducted a video call with us to help my husband practice how to answer the consular officer’s questions. Since my husband is still gaining confidence in his English, her guidance was truly a blessing. With God’s help and Ms. Angie’s support, the interview went smoothly. The key is to always answer honestly—immigration officers can tell when you are truthful. Just answer what is asked based on the facts you submitted.

Everything happened so fast. From January filing, to receiving the decree, to our marriage on January 8, to submitting all the requirements—everything moved quickly and smoothly. After our marriage, we opened our joint bank account, completed all paperwork, and Ms. Angie continued to follow up with us about my husband’s Social Security card, driver’s license, and other identification. She guided him through every single step.
