				Andy Faber is a city attorney for Gilroy, CA. He spent the last 8 years eating up taxpayer dollars advising and defending the hiding and destruction of public records pertaining to Gilroy PDs sweeps of homeless encampments pre-pandemic. Just follow the sequence to understand the lack of integrity this guy operates under. Initially, they refused to release body camera footage via CPRA records requests based on what they called “privileged investigatory material.” Acting as if this was vital evidence that needed to be preserved, they used that pretext to delete the footage entirely.

				I would give zero stars if I could. Slow responses on emails, the first time I was addressed as James, and not Mr. Goines, which is very unprofessional, and high billing rates despite not providing a service that justifies higher rates. It seemed as though our account was treated poorly because it was not large like some probably are here in the wealthy Bay Area. I found the assistants to be courteous which was nice. Aside from that this firm does not deserve any more 5-star ratings, did not in the first place, and does not deserve further business. Avoid.
