The lack of response and communication with this firm is quite simply off putting. They settled my case in Mid October of 2024, I was informed that average time to receive my funds was about 4-6 weeks, I did not receive the paperwork for 6 weeks to sign. I sent multiple messages via email and phone calls that were unanswered. Received and sent the paperwork back, sent in more unanswered messages asking for updates on processing etc did not hear anything back over next six weeks until I was asked to get additional paperwork signed by an agency, that required me traveling to another city to get. Looked at paperwork and saw that it had someone else's name on it. Had to get them to resend the letter to me. Still referred to me as male but I figured that was a non issue. Completed and sent back took two more weeks for judge to sign off on but no communication to me that required me placing multiple calls again. Was informed that the company had 30 days to send check. 30 days goes by it's not there, asked for follow ups and communication. Was not informed what was happening until I called again gave me another timeline to check in. Finally they have the check! Do I have it yet as I am writing this review no sure don't! I was informed it would take 24-48 hours to process and I should get a call in that time, 48 hours goes by I initiate the communication again. Was informed that it was received and they are behind and call ended. Called back asked to place a complaint, got my lawyer who informed me she is having it done as a priority. Get a call Friday check is in the mail. Nope! They created a label but it wasn't sent out, called Saturday left a message it doesn't appear post office got check. Sent text as well no responses. I looked and it appears It's finally been picked up by postal service this afternoon 21 weeks and 5 days after settlement. But still no one bothered to call and say anything or respond to messages. It will be over 22 weeks when I finally have that check in my hand it's possible some of this was out of the firms control but given the lack of communication with me it begs the question how much of it was their fault. Clearly the prompts from me should have resulted in follow ups with the other party why was I not informed of what was happening? Is it because they weren't doing so? Why did they drop the ball AGAIN and not mail out the check at noon on Friday if it was a priority? All this to say no I would not recommend doing business with this firm.

Tom is an awesome lawyer and the whole office is great ..They always follow up and call you back in a timely matter...they really care about you and get u the care u need...
