Unprofessional and all about the money. Initially scheduled a call for a potential retainer but had a medical emergency. I let them know and followed up to reschedule after sincerely apologizing, which they agreed to. However, attorneys Lee Bergstein and Bradley Pollina figured it wasnt worth their time. Clearly no empathy or understanding, as I ended up in the ER and couldn't make their meeting, they chose not to take the call and instead tried to charge for an in person meet at their full rate before even bothering to hear what the matter was about. For those who know, this is a tactic for billable hours, how can such a firm such represent their customers in good faith once retained? They have no value for the time of the customer. I am glad that I realized this beforehand as they would never be my choice given their lack of value for their potential clients.
