This firm completely failed to represent my interests, failed to timely respond to discovery and failed to compel objected-to discovery, leaving me impaired in my defense to the case before dropping me because I couldn’t be strong-armed into a settlement that was reached in a mediation I was prevented from participating in and being drafted through collaboration with someone my attorney represented me against just a year before.

Terrible law firm who uses scare tactics instead of engaging in professional conduct or anything resembling a good faith effort to resolve disputes between HOAs and it's members. Do yourself a favor and spend a more few dollars on competent and ethical attorneys...as the saying goes you get what you pay for.

I dod not have a good experience with this firm. They lack professionalism and integrity.

My HOA has been working with Ms Hale and Ms Hapter with Birding and Weil law firm for several weeks attempting to clarify the HOA documents. This has taken weeks! Should be a fairly simple thing; read the HOA docs and follow the rules set by the association. The original documents were not clear, and they sent for more clear documentation. This should not take weeks and weeks and weeks to do. These attorneys have canceled two meetings, finally showed up at the third meeting, promised to get back to me the next day with the outcome. Two members of the HOA said the law firm would be getting back to me today. That didn’t happen.
They seem to be irresponsible in their performance, have no consideration for time frames and are extremely unprofessional. I would think three times before using this firm.
