They had me take a day off from my work to come be a witness to an accident their insured was the defendant. They promised they would pay me for my time taken off from work in writing, but it’s been now 6 months since the hearing (which they won because of my witness testimony) and they just fell completely off the grid since they got the verdict they wanted.
