Extremely grateful to Brock and his team for assisting me with my case, worth every penny! If you're dealing with a case in which you've been wrongly accused, I high suggest reading this. For context, in May 2022, I was falsely accused of a crime I did not commit stemming from an incident in January 2021 in which I was jumped, robbed, and almost shot by 4 former friends of mine. In the midst of the incident, one of them possessed a rifle which they tried to shoot me with, but ended up hitting themselves after negligently discharging the weapon. I was not charged immediately after, and moved out of El Paso 6 months later. The conduct of the El Paso police department was extremely shady from the beginning. They immediately treated me like the suspect despite the bruises and cuts all over my body from being beaten up. They allowed the individuals who robbed me to return to the scene and hand over my phone to them, and then let them leave again without questions why/how they had my property, or if they had my wallet and keys (Which I never got back). They refused to turn over my phone unless I gave them a statement (They didn't have a warrant for it), they didn't do forensics, they coerced my girlfriend into giving a statement, and they lied in their official reports. Thankfully Brock was able to make them return my phone. When I was charged over a year later in 2022, the prosecution did a sealed indictment because they deemed me a "flee risk" despite me having Brock check with them to see if I had been charged with anything before I moved away. Brock was able to confirm the sealed indictment and I flew back to El Paso and turned myself in. Had I not known about the sealed indictment, I could've been arrested and sat in jail for weeks until I was extradited back to El Paso. From August of 2022 to August of 2026, I fought this case for 4 years, maintaining my innocence every step of the way despite the plea deals the prosecution offered me. Brock and his team were able to get the statements of my former friends thrown out after he proved they lied, and they kept me up to date on what was going on with my case and why. After 4 years, Brock and his team were finally able to get my charged dropped and case dismissed due to a lack of evidence. He also is currently in the process of helping me do an expungement to get this case wiped from my record so I can get my life back on track. There was more shady behavior from both the prosecution and the police, but I didn't want to make this review too long. I can't thank him, Brian, and the rest of his team enough for helping me get my life back.

Mr. Benjamin is one of the finest attorneys I know and I've met a number of them in San Antonio and in El Paso. I can say I've never met a more knowledgeable, extremely well versed attorney in all of my 68 years.
