My mother was in a nursing home when I needed an attorney. I was told about Ben from the nursing home. They told me he was really good.
Well, Ben is not good, he is GREAT!
Ben was there to meet me at the nursing home in a couple of days. And you read it right, Ben came to the nursing home. I didn’t have to leave Mom to go to him. Now, what attorney does that?

I needed to get Mom on Medicaid. If not for Ben, I would’ve just given up. Not an easy task. I’m still not sure how easy it was for Ben, but I sure am glad I had him.

My elderly Mother hired Ben to help facilitate the sale of her house and move her into a nursing home. Ben was upfront with fees, and was easily reached by phone, email, or text. He went above and beyond helping Mom get through the paperwork and helping us get her house sold quickly. As I live out of country, Ben has been good to keep me in the loop and was able to mail important documents.
