Totally nightmare. Took $13000, dropped me middle of detention, and lied to the court. Stay as far away from this firm as possible. I have to file malpractice lawsuit against Erica Reilly. Wining or not, I wanted it to be a public records to warn people to stay away. Sabotage the paperwork. Didn’t file bond hearing. Giving the wrong legal advice, filled the asylum paperwork I-589 form all empty and wrong. Bill thousands for filling an empty form. Later force me to file voluntary departure, saying I consent while I did not. Dropped me in the middle of the detention said I didn’t contact her properly. “Undersigned counsel and Respondent have had an irreparable breakdown in their communication. Undersigned counsel feels confident that Respondent understands and agrees to this withdrawal. “ Zero accountability, totally nightmare. After I retain another lawyer, I got released right away with bond.
