Ben is an absolutely fantastic attorney! I found him through the Knoxville Bar Referral service and we did an initial phone call and within a few hours we had a sit down meeting and I had him representing me in my ADA discrimination lawsuit. Within 48 hours I went from having zero representation and facing termination to be represented and protected. He made himself available anytime I called, and if he wasn't he made sure to call me back. He runs a very small office and you get a very personable feel. He made me feel comfortable and told me what I needed to know, and even taught me some tricks down the line! In the end I didn't get what I fully wanted but I did come out ahead and I couldn't have done it without him!
