Probably the worst experience I ever had with an attorney. Mr. Earl Grinbarg. Unprofessional doesn’t make you feel safe, will try to talk down on you. Almost feels like he’s working for Prosecutors instead of your best interest. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I retained Earl B. Grinbarg, who works at this office, for representation in a criminal matter. During my time as his client, I did not feel that my case was handled with the level of care, communication, or advocacy I expected.

I was told that a prison sentence was the bottom-line offer and that further negotiation would not be productive. However, after changing counsel, my case ultimately resolved with two years of probation and community service instead of prison.

I later learned that only limited mitigation information had been presented during negotiations, and important personal circumstances were not fully developed on my behalf. This was extremely concerning to me, especially given how serious the potential consequences were.

Additionally, I experienced communication that felt dismissive and at times unprofessional, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult.
