If you want misinformation and have the cops come and arrest you at your home at 7pm hire Steve Ort. Pay $2500 to get arrested after being told no need to appear because he had everything taken care of. Drug the case on for almost a year to get sentenced the same as if I had a public defender. I wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE. All he was out for was as much money as he could get to get me a pathetic agreement that a public defender would have gotten me. Run from this guy he's lazy and money hungry
