We were so blessed to be referred to Belen! She far exceeded my expectations! As a first time offender, my son was facing some very serious charges. He was appointed an attorney who was completely ignoring him and didn't even show up at court hearings. There was a 2 month old plea deal which the Court appointed attorney never disclosed!! The terms on that plea were not good. Belen got the plea reduced from around 10+ years down to serving maybe 2. She also submitted a great deal of medical records and other information which greatly helped the Prosecutor and the Judge understand the complexity of my son's issues and how it played into the escalation of his case. Belen prevailed at sentencing with everything that she was asking for! She spoke masterfully and relayed all the main points I had wanted the Judge to understand about my son. Her fee was very good, her office is unique, comfortable and conveniently located. Her staff are professional and nice. Communication was great! I also need to recognize Ty. At the onset, he took care of some minor issues in the Scottsdale Courts where my son missed a court date due to being arrested for this incident. Ty got everything resolved and all that remained was to pay a parking ticket!! He even tried hard to argue the parking ticket away! I could go on and on, but Belen is, by far, the best attorney I have ever hired and I highly recommend her! You will not be disappointed!
