Rarely in doing business of any kind, do I encounter people of integrity. Unfortunately, it seems everyone is looking out for themselves and the almighty buck. It was quite surprising meeting Steve Beldock, and doing business with him because he proved to be someone who puts virtue before all else. We encountered a few bumps in the road and Mr Beldock went out of his way to make sure we came out whole. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Very disappointing experience.

I first spoke with Mary in February regarding a potential case involving a hospital & nursing home facility. At the time, there were preliminary concerns related to Medicaid lien. After receiving no response for months, I finally spoke with Sam in April, who apologized for not reaching out sooner.

During that conversation, I updated both Sam & Mary and informed them that one of the facilities was refusing to provide medical records. On 4/30, Mary specifically told me, “We will work with you to get these records.” I was then asked to provide additional documentation, which I promptly submitted.

I followed up on 5/1, 5/8, & 5/14 and received no response. In my final attempt to move things forward, I even asked whether I could simply pay the firm to send a formal demand letter to obtain the records, since without them it makes it difficult for this or any firm to properly evaluate or pursue the case.

Unfortunately, after being told the firm would assist, there was virtually no communication or follow-through. Very disappointing experience.
