I was referred to Beki Berrey Family Law and Mediation by another mediator that I've been using to dissolve my marriage and assets. I cannot stress enough how liberating, freeing, and empowering Beki helped me to feel! Divorce has already been easily the top 5 hardest, most painful thing ever (if not the hardest) I have endured. Beki was a 'load lightening' wonder. She helped with the mental load of all the anxiety I felt at not knowing what my rights were or what leg I could stand on! She helped with the physical load of helping me understand the multitude of documents that come with divorce as well! She was brilliant and well prepared and equipped with years of family law experience and an accounting background that she draws on for these types of situations as if you've not learned yet, 26+ years of marriage comes down ultimately to... money. Beki even worked with my mediator to support my desire (at this time) to try to resolve via mediation. She was kind, graceful, patient, a great listener and then...got to work! This was EXACTLY what I needed. Divorce is something I never even thought would enter my reality, but alas it did. If it's entered, or your contemplating it entering your reality too, I am so sorry, and please, do yourself the favor and contact Beki and at least to do the 1 hour consult. I am extremely dissatisfied with Beki Berry service. I felt that she was unprepared for our court dates and never tried to understand what I needed from her. She would talk over me on phone conversations and I would have to ask her to stop speaking to hear me out. Don’t be fooled by “Good reputation with the court“ it will get you nowhere, I would recommend you find a dog with teeth and not one that just rolls over.

Beki is diligent, professional and hands on attorney. She understands when a person hires an attorney it is usually not at their best times and she’s very aware of that and helps the client with that in mind.

Beki Berrey is unfit for a judicial bench. Victims who seek restitution, have responsibility to be an attorney while suffering. Restitution for physical loss is half of a victims 'need'. Being HEARD is just as valuable. As corporations and wealthy people take advantage of poor or under educated citizens, small claims court is only recourse. Being treated fairly and as a Human being, evens the playing field. Small claims court might be the individuals only chance to be heard. Beki Berrey robbed me of my dignity and my voice. As well as my Faith and trust in the judicial system. Entered her presence with Respect and Faith, and an application into Berkeley Law. Left in tears, further victimized, questioning Humanity. The Bad guys won and she allowed it.

I’m am the father of my custody case where beki is my child’s mother’s attorney. Beki has been manipulative since the start, Becky is also very unprofessional in my opinion at one point, I requested a copy of our paperwork because they were claiming I needed to do a specific task when I asked for the paperwork her exact words were I don’t work for you and she left it at that. It has been almost 16 months since I’ve seen my daughter Becky has weaponized the family law system to punish instead of finding common ground for the best interest of the child. for the record, she does not have the best interest in the Child in mind. She has the best interest for her career in mind. I thought I would leave this review because she’s running for judge and I don’t think an individual like this should be elected as a judge, I have countless evidence of malpractice and weaponizing the family law system so before you hire this individual, you need to know that this is about money and power for her and has nothing to do with the well-being of your child. She has helped facilitate and keep my child away from me for 16 months , for no reason, other than money and power.
