I called to consult about my case. The person who took all my info transferred me to Brandon Gladstone, one of the managing attorneys. He was having trouble with his signal, so I waited 2-3 minutes for him to sort it out before it disconnected. He didn't call back. I called back two hours later and this time got PAT. She said hello but didn't give me a chance to respond before hanging up. I called back and asked why she hung up, she said she couldn't hear anything (she didn't wait!). I told her I was trying to consult with one of their attorneys and she said what's your case about? I said you should be able to look me up, I already gave all the info when I first called 2 hours ago. She put me on hold and came back to say, the intake person you were talking to is at lunch. Is this a PI case? I said yes. I said I don't understand why attorney Gladstone never called me back when his call disconnected two hours ago? She said, maybe you should find another attorney... and hung up. Total circus. Red flags everywhere. 4.8 stars? Sure, Jan. If this is how they treat potential clients, it says it all. ETA: The unprofessional response from the firm?! Dodged a bullet!
