I should have listened to the other reviewers who said they were ghosted. Communication was great at first, and then essentially stopped.

After months of waiting with no updates, it took multiple phone calls and emails to get a response. When she finally replied, she said she had been busy and would only contact me if Nissan made an offer. After a few more months of silence, I realized it was time to move on.

When I contacted Nissan to continue my case, they told me they had never received a letter of representation from her. That made me question whether anything had actually been done on my case. I wish she had just told me she did not want to take my case instead of leaving me waiting for months.

Danielle was extremely helpful and competent in getting me a lemon law settlement on my GMC. The process does take time... So be aware that this isn't a few month process (at least not with GM). This took well over 6 months, but the outcome exceeded my expectations. Thanks Danielle.
