We were hopeful after our initial call with Mr. Bergman. He seemed intelligent and kind as well as knowledgeable about our type of case. Unfortunately, we never received a timely response after that. We kept hearing from a secretary that our case documents would be reviewed "soon" and we were told this for 3 months straight with no action behind it. Timeliness is important to us and our situation. To top it off, we received a bill this week for the time the paralegal spent "organizing" our emails- the emails with documents that were never reviewed by the attorney. We will be going a different direction. This law firm may not be the one for you if you require timely action.
