Although my case hasn’t been settled yet, I wanted to share how positive my experience has been so far. I’m have had a great experience working with Angel L. from the Pre-Lit team. He has been awesome person to work with he has helped so much with my current case. Unfortunately I got into a bad accident in December of 2025, and he has been very helpful and prompt in getting what I need and deserve. He is very kind and attentive and what ever request I have he gets on top of it right away. He has great customer service. Was bummed out when they moved him from my case,but was able to get Angel to work on my case again.
