BCLP – Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner – Irvine

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this firm, specifically with attorney Theresa Marraccino. She was a limited-scope, pro bono attorney for my son’s father in an ongoing custody and child safety case. Despite those limits, she overstepped professional and ethical boundaries by contacting CPS and law enforcement directly to obtain information on an open investigation — information that was never disclosed to me as the child’s mother or the reporting parent. This breach of confidentiality directly impacted my case and my child’s safety. I would have expected higher standards of professionalism and accountability from a firm of this size and reputation.
