I understand that some people might have a bad day or maybe going through things but whom ever that lady is that answers the phone with a dry cracked voice. It’s very unprofessional just plan rude when someone calls and say good evening. How are you? The polite thing to do is to say I’m well and yourself. What is the matter you’re calling for the professionalism that she has? It’s very unacceptable. Some etiquette classes and customer service greeting classes or tutorials on YouTube might help her. and remember, she might not speak for everybody there, but when she answers that phone as the receptionist she speaks for the company
