We agreed on a fee for Mr. Bass to take on my child support case, and I paid him a little over half of it upfront. We had a court hearing, but he couldn't do anything because he stated he didn't have time to prepare. He told me we would have another hearing, but it has now been over a year and he no longer answers or returns my calls. When I call, the secretary simply tells me he’ll call me back, but he never does. I even told the secretary to let me know if he no longer wants to take my case, but my requests are completely ignored. This is a total lack of professionalism!
