I am a veteran! This can make it hard to handle claims for injuries. I was in a car accident 2 years ago. I am not from Indiana, but was traveling there when hit by a drunk driver. It’s important to have a lawyer even for the VA because they will want to be reimbursed. Many people don’t realize this but all medical expenses need to be accounted for even through the VA. A lawyer is important who knows how to work the VA system.
During the claims and judicial process I understood what was happening and felt like the process was easy for me since Todd did it all. I recommend Todd! Especially if you handle most of your injuries through the VA, tricare, geico, or progressive. He handles your case even through the phone as if you were in his office.
