Brad and Heidi did an outstanding job in the negotiations and settling of my divorce settlement. They were far more prepared and professional than opposing counsel. Always had great ideas and strategies throughout the entire divorce process. Their approach to specific matters made all the difference in the world. Thank you Brad and Heidi for your top notch service and professionalism. Would recommend to anyone looking for competent representation in family law.

I don't even know where to start. Brad and Heidi are amazing. Brad was the lawyer I worked with majority of the time. He always made me feel safe and protected as I went through a very high conflict divorce. He forced a settlement within 6-7 months for a divorce that my ex would have gladly dragged out for years. Brad shows up personally for every single court appearance, he replies back to every text and email (and there were way too many of those from me). This divorce caused me so much stress and anxiety but Brad always made me feel reassured. I knew he had my back 500% and was fully invested in my case and would do everything in his power to get me the best outcome. Their pricing is very fair. They are hands on with every client and I loved that. Brad is insanely knowledgeable and a master in the court room. I am so grateful l was referred to these two by another happy client. You can truly tell they have their clients' best interests at heart. Thank you guys for everything.

It's a very frustrating, stressful and devastating process. Unfortunately I could only give one star to Heidi for my experiences with her on the following aspects:

1. We paid her $7500 for preparing the documents and drafting a settlement agreement. We were not able to reach to an settlement which is understandable. However, I would like to get a revisable version on the settlement agreement draft which we have already paid her work for so that my attorney doesn't have to start from scratch, she refused and claimed it's her product. If this request is against her interest, I understand. But I'm not her opposing party and we have already paid with her hourly rate then we own whatever product she produced in the interim. Thus this is unacceptable to me.

2. She has a very slow turnaround time and is very difficult to access. It took her almost 2 months to draft the settlement agreement. We then requested a video call or phone call with her as soon as possible to move forward and the availability she gave is almost 3 weeks later. While I understand she also serves other clients, needs to take time to be thorough on the settlement agreement, has her own life outside work, etc., I do wish she could move with more urgency and better accommodate clients' needs. During the divorce process, each party is very emotional and might change his mind all of a sudden so time is the essence. This is exactly what happened to my case where my husband changed his mind for the agreed terms while we were waiting for her settlement draft and then changed his mind to mediate again when we need to wait another 3 weeks to talk to her.

After several months of being extremely mentally and physically exhausted and drained, we were not able to reach an agreement working with Heidi. It's going to another time consuming process in which our paid settlement agreement could have been of great help to speed up but Heidi declined to give us the doc. It's unfortunate that both of our attorneys need to start the case from scratch and we are going to suffer a lot mentally until the case is finalized.
