We use BMO for both estate planning and LLC management. The attorneys always treat us like we are the most important persons in the room and discuss topics completely and patiently. The support staff are great and the documentation is thorough.

Ron is exceptional! He really helps you wade through the multiple of decisions one has to make when doing trust. Some are complicated so his counsel is needed and appreciated. I would highly recommend this firm and, especially, Ron Hill.

I’m honestly not sure how this firm has all 5-star reviews unless those experiences were very different from mine.

I initially contacted them to have an attorney review and send a demand letter to an insurance company that has been lowballing us and dragging the process out for nearly five months. I had already written the demand letter myself and simply wanted it reviewed, adjusted if necessary, and sent on attorney letterhead to add weight. I was quoted $150 to $250 for this service once they found an attorney who would be a good fit.

The next day, I received a call saying they had located an attorney, but the fee would now be $350. I told them I would get back to them as I was waiting on return calls from other attorneys.

When I called back the following day, I spoke with Katy, who was very polite and helpful. She mentioned she had caught Molina on her way out and that Molina would send the necessary documents for me to sign the next day.

By the end of the following day, I still had not received anything, so I called again. After being on hold for several minutes, Molina came to the phone and told me the attorney had taken on several new cases in the last few hours and would not be able to review my documents for several weeks. She then asked if that would be acceptable.

It was not.

I understand that attorneys’ time is valuable, but so is mine. The shifting pricing and last-minute delay felt unprofessional and resulted in wasted time on my end. Based on this experience, I chose to go elsewhere.
