My dad's been using this law firm for MANY years, drawing up all his Estate Planning documents.. 4 +- years ago, they went to his Physical Therapy facility where he was admitted to update his POA's....Currently, I arranged 2 appts to update his Will which neither took place....The 1st, could be miscomunication but not the 2nd...the firm expected my dad to call in to see if he was competent enough for them to go to his Assisted Living facility. He didnt like that to say the least, he wanted a physical appt....i dont understand how a call would show his compentcy...he could have a medical/visual impairment preventing him....i called the day before confirming his appt, they had it down as a phone consultation...i reminded them, it was to be in person where they could make their decision...i left a message for the attorney explaining he wants an in person appt and to call me....Well, I didnt get a call making me think everything was a go....The appt was today, they were a no show....My dad is irrate...i called telling them we were getting a new Law Firm....Life isnt exact, theres grey areas....They should be flexible, especially, with the elderly
