I just called to the law firm , there is a lady who didn’t want to transfer the phone to the attorney Diego Escobar, she was very rude , look like she feel Jealous or something, very weird. Then she start asking a lot of questions, and I just told her , please I don’t have the case number but you tell him is Rosa from Rio grande credit union, he will know, then she got more upset, and she said I can’t transfer you just like that, . And bla bla bla, I need more information. And then she said , you know what don’t call this office ever again. And hang up the phone on me. I told is an emergency. She didn’t care.
I’m wondering what is this about , maybe she is the wife that work in the same office? She can’t treat people like that, I’m always very kind and nice . Maybe because I have an accent .
This is so frustrating . This is the only number I have from this attorney. I hope someone will help me .

If you are needing help I would not call these people because all they are concerned with is money and discouraging you for there help if you ask a question other then how much. I saw no benefit in this time usage here.

My husband and I had a WILL done by Jordy Stern. We asked if this was possible at such a short notice. He wholeheartedly said yes, sat down with us and listened to our wants and needs in a very caring and professional manner. At the signing, things were explained to us in detail. Thank you Mr. Stern.
