Please pay close attention to the other reviews talking about poor service and not responding.

We needed a lease and an option drawn up.

We were repeatedly told it would be done by the 15, which was a hard deadline for us.

On the 15 he told us he would have it done before he left the building.

He never sent anything to us or the real estate agent, and today he didn’t get back with us call us or touch base at all.

He was friendly, polite, answered every call we made to him right away, but he couldn’t stick to the schedule and get the job done. He should have referred us to someone else instead of jeopardizing a deal.

Truman Barker has been the most reliable, responsive, and consistent closing attorney we have worked with in the state of NC.
