Great help on doing Wills, Power of Attorney for medical and Financial. So much more. They deal in Medicare and Medicaid. Check them out and ask questions. If you need to find a way not to lose your house or property because you or your family member is going in a nursing home. Nursing homes are costly. Plan ahead. My mother has planned ahead so she has PEACE of mind. Very friendly people at Baker and Baker. I myself will go there when I need to do my planning or update my Will.

This law firm was a great group to work with.
Getting to speak to a real person and not a machine was a challenge. But, once I was connected to a "real person" they were respectful, knowledgeable and compassionate.
I was able to get all my questions answered,, all my concerns stated, and much patience given.
I would recommend this law firm to anyone needing a will or trust, and they can afford them.

My husband and I are so glad we found Baker & Baker to handle our guardianship case. We were concerned that the process for transferring a guardianship case from another state and getting it approved in Texas would be a difficult and long process. Mr. Baker and his paralegal, Hailey Hale were wonderful. They were constantly keeping us updated on the progress and took the time to answer any questions we had. After dealing with 3 different attorneys in another state, Baker & Baker was a breath of fresh air.

Their professionalism and compassion for what we were dealing with was so appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I know the next time we need legal advice we will be making a call to them again.

I learned of Baker & Baker through a presentation they gave at the Mirador recently on senior law, They explained the need for a will, a medical power of attorney and a financial power of attorney. I needed review of all 3 of these so I made an appointment with them and within a month, had new versions of all three. They were pleasant, easy to work with, carefully explaining each step of the way with me, and reasonably priced.
