My husband and I are so glad we found Baker & Baker to handle our guardianship case. We were concerned that the process for transferring a guardianship case from another state and getting it approved in Texas would be a difficult and long process. Mr. Baker and his paralegal, Hailey Hale were wonderful. They were constantly keeping us updated on the progress and took the time to answer any questions we had. After dealing with 3 different attorneys in another state, Baker & Baker was a breath of fresh air.

I learned of Baker & Baker through a presentation they gave at the Mirador recently on senior law, They explained the need for a will, a medical power of attorney and a financial power of attorney. I needed review of all 3 of these so I made an appointment with them and within a month, had new versions of all three. They were pleasant, easy to work with, carefully explaining each step of the way with me, and reasonably priced.
