Extraordinary man. He sincerely cares for Liberty and Justice for all.

Wish I could give Charlie Baird zero stars. I paid him a retainer for representation and to seek help in the return of my property. Not only did he not provide any counsel or insight into my case for over a MONTH, he waited until 5 days before a hearing to tell me he couldn’t handle my case.

His response via email was, “I’m sorry you relied on our firm to your detriment”. I’m sorry but that’s simply not enough.

In speaking with him, he complained about his workload and how busy he was, which doesn’t matter to me at all. If you pay for a service, you expect a service. I understand you may be busy, but clients rely on updates from time to time.

Simply put, he needs to learn professionalism and follow through.

Words can't explain how great Charlie is , he goes above and beyond for every client , he shows a sense of urgency and he never leaves you stressed or wondering ! He is a great lawyer !!

Mr. Baird is the finest lawyer you can find they don’t make lawyers like him anymore!! He works in integrity and honesty he cares and listens to his clients. He has helped our family tremendously with our son and we are eternally thankful, we have always walked away knowing he did his best for our son. He takes the time to meet, call and email his clients with updates pertaining to case/cases he is hired for and this gives you peace of mind. Elena is so patient and compassionate and is always willing to help I remember calling on several occasions overwhelmed and emotional and she just calmed me down.
