After moving from out of state, we started this whole trust creation process with a lot of confusion, but Ashley Naramore spent the time with us to help us through the process, step by step. She also prepared a Trust Portfolio that has everything needed to help our successors/heirs manage the trust. We have every important document all together in one place for every aspect of our lives. 				Estate planning is so complex, and I was concerned I would be overwhelmed; but Karen is a phenomenal teacher. She explained everything in a slow, methodical manner. She really took her time with us so we understood the process. She is knowledgeable and systematic in her approach; every detail was covered.  It was not a one-and-done process. The process has steps, and Karen has it broken down in manageable steps, which made it very easy on us; and she followed up with us during each stage of the process to ensure we had everything in order.
