It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes it does, that a person’s work in life lines up exactly with his gifts and talents—and when it does, that person shines, and nothing and no one can take that light away. After dedicating 15 years of my life to my husband and children, I had to walk away because our home was no longer a safe place. In return, my husband and his gang tried to put me on the street, threatened to take my kids away, tried to leave me with nothing but debt, and came up with lies and falsified documents to destroy me. In court, they conspired against me, and ultimately, against my children. In trial, Patrick exposed every one of them. He was not afraid of them--expert witness or layman. Nothing phased him. Even when I was afraid and intimidated, he was not. He made sure the judge saw the truth. Because of Patrick's careful planning and excellent work, the judge ruled that the other side lacked credibility. Everything my children and I have now—our peace, our home, our life together—is because of Patrick and the Baghdaserians firm. When Patrick and I first spoke, after only two sentences from me, before I had any clue what was really going on, Patrick foresaw what was coming and what he would need to do. I paid his consultation fee with a friend. Patrick sold us on how experienced his firm is in child custody. I watched this firm milk the case with paper shuffling and ridiculous fees, only to be left off in a worse situation then when started. Soon as the well went dry this firm refused any and all services yet billed for the paperwork to recuse themselves. This is just a money grab ambulance chaser firm with little to no morals. I am sure there are more qualified people in this field that can do more for 70k that was spent. Beware and do your diligence this is not a firm to fight for your best interest but rather a firm to send constant bills. Beware!!!!

Review of Baghdaserians Law Firm Overpriced, Mismanaged, and Dangerously Unethical My experience with this law firm has been deeply disheartening, financially draining, and emotionally traumatizing. They charge certified family law specialist rates, yet the majority of the work is outsourced to inexperienced first-year associates who routinely botch essential legal tasks. Despite their inexperience, the firm continues to bill as if the acting partner is personally handling every detail—an insult to any client expecting real legal representation. The acting partner is a controlling presence, micromanaging where it doesn’t help and delegating critical matters to the least qualified staff. Their strategic decisions—or lack thereof—have consistently caused delays, confusion, and harm to my case. Most egregiously, in the middle of an urgent crisis involving my personal safety and the well-being of my child, the managing partner refused to assist me unless I paid more money immediately. I was effectively strong-armed at a time of extreme vulnerability. Worse, because he was still officially listed as my attorney of record, I was legally prevented from filing anything on my own to protect my child. I was trapped—abandoned by the very firm I had hired for protection. To add insult to injury, this firm succeeded in securing an award for their own legal fees and monthly payments from the respondent—but failed to obtain child support, spousal support, or any meaningful protection for me as a domestic violence victim. The respondent has continued to violate court orders without consequence, while these attorneys have done nothing except issue more invoices. When I asked for answers or clarification, I was met with deflection, evasiveness, and threats that they would drop my case if I continued to push. This firm is not just ineffective—it’s dangerous to vulnerable clients. If you are a survivor of abuse, or in any sensitive legal situation, I urge you in the strongest possible terms: stay away from this firm. Their priorities are clear—and your safety and justice are not among them.

He was shockingly rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping me. From the moment the call began, it felt like I was being rushed off the line. Every answer he gave me was vague, uninspired, and lacking any real effort. In fact, I got far better and more thoughtful guidance for free from ChatGPT — with clearer explanations and actual care behind the response. If you’re looking for legal insight, compassion, or even basic professionalism, look elsewhere. This felt more like a cash grab than a consultation. I left the call more frustrated and confused than before — and with zero value for the $200 spent. Save yourself the time and money.
