I want to leave this review to express my total frustration and dissatisfaction with Northwest Registered Agent, LLC, located at 9905 S Pennsylvania Ave STE A, Oklahoma City, OK 73159.

Over a year ago, we were in the process of registering an LLC for a restaurant. Due to an error during the process, the business name ended up being registered under this company without us fully understanding what was happening at the time. We were charged nearly $500 and later realized that the business name had been placed under their control.

When we discovered the issue, we went to an office to try to fix it and were told that the name was not under our ownership. We had to pay again to correct the situation and properly place the business under my wife’s name. At that point, we believed everything had been resolved.

However, months later the problems started again. We began receiving emails demanding additional payments with no clear explanation. They even attempted automatic charges to my bank account, which were declined.

When trying to resolve the issue, I was only sent through a chain of phone numbers and departments. No one provided a clear solution; I was just transferred from one place to another. On several occasions they said they would call me back, but they never did. There was no serious or responsible response at any point.

Due to these repeated attempted charges and the complete lack of resolution, I had to cancel my bank card and report the situation as potential fraud to protect my account.

I was also told at this address that they only receive mail for this company and do not handle cases directly, but this is the only place I have to leave my complaint. I believe they should be more careful about who they allow to use their address, as it associates them with serious issues without offering any real resolution.

To make matters worse, the restaurant has not even been under my name for months, which makes the entire situation even more unnecessary and confusing.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience with poor handling, zero effective communication, and no real solution. I do NOT recommend this company at all, as there is no clarity, no follow-up, and no responsibility for the issues they create.

What could have been a very confusing and stressful process was made simple because of Greg Mitchell. He walked me through every step, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and exceeded my expectations. I’ve now referred over 10 people to this law firm and will continue to do so.

I CANNOT recommend or thank Kayla Caudle enough for all her diligence and hard work during my high conflict divorce. In the past 16 years I’ve had a total of about 6 different attorneys.
