Axley Attorney, Health, assisted me with a lawsuit following an automobile accident in which my vehicle was totaled. He collected the full compensation amount from the insurance compnay of the driver who was at fault. It was Health's opinion that was not enough compensation for everything I went thru. Therefore he recommended we file an underinsured lawsuit against my insurance company. He did an excellent job in explaining this lawsuit in layman terms. We finally settled that lawsuit.
