I was excited when Robert Proctor called me back from Axley attorneys, and no other attorneys have called me back or been able to help. I told him my situation and that I had a hearing coming up, as the OCI is trying to take my insurance license away in Wisconsin,. He asked me to email him my documents, which I did. After hearing nothing after four days of me sending my documents, I asked him if he had received them, and he emailed me say that he will not be able to help me. No reason why, nothing. The lack of manners and rudeness is very hurtful. No transparency as to why, I know it’s not because it’s not his line of defense, because it says on google and his website that one of his core specialties are in insurance defense issues. Also, he did not even try to be the least bit helpful by referring me anywhere else. He was very blunt and his response was rude and sarcastic. Then, has the nerve to say good luck, when I had spoke with him over the phone and I told him no one else was calling me back and I had no help. So how would I have any luck without an attorney? My thing is, why even become an attorney if you don’t want to help people? I’ve been in Customer Service 35 years and would’ve been fired if I were this rude to somebody. Transparency and next steps are a must in Customer Service! His reply had none of that. It’s bad enough to not even respond back after he said he would, have email him again, but then not even let me know why he can’t help me or refer me elsewhere, is very sad. Thanks a lot. It’s crazy how one person can make a whole corporation look so bad. My advice to the owner of this law firm is to get rid of him as quick as you can!!!!

Horrible experience. By far worst in town. Hidden fees, don’t answer any questions without a charge. Be aware if your lawyer walks up to family after court and starts a conversation they will bill you for it fyi.

I had a great experience working with Lawyer Brian Hough at Axley Attorneys. Him and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout my legal matter. Brian explained the process clearly, answered my questions promptly, and helped make a stressful situation much easier to manage. I truly appreciate their guidance and would recommend Axley Attorneys to anyone looking for reliable legal representation.
