Mr. Avery went above and beyond in offering guidance and legal advice when I went through my divorce (one child involved) and offered rational solutions to complex situations at hours sometimes long after normal operating business hours. Made himself readily available when helping me during periods I was out of state while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and often painfully hard honesty I needed to hear. Clear and concise with the direction of the path and proceedings. He’s been my personal lawyer now for nearly 15 years!

I’m only sharing this experience because I have been dealing with these people I wanna say since I’mma just say January 2026 and I was the victim in a case that they had a defendant that I was going against. Not one time have I ever had any type of professionalism done with me and I have an attitude problem I know that, but given the case their client vandalize my car OK and then she tried to make herself the victim then try to get out of paying for my car and then now when you try to get them on the telephone, you can’t get them on the telephone. You can’t get any type of courtesy or consideration any type of grace or niceness to anybody that ever answers the phone it always seems like they’re trying to rush me off the phone. I don’t wanna say what it really seems like because then everybody will get their panties in a bunch, but I really just hate that I have to deal with these people and I wish that I can hurry up and not have to deal with them anymore. God knows I am so tired of having to interact with these people. This is the worst law office that I’ve ever experienced in my life and I will never ever if I’ve ever had to use them ever I would not recommend them I would not do anything of your my if you’re like me do not go to these people. If you are like me look me up find me you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about, but I do not think that they like people that are like me because that’s the energy that they give. They are super unprofessional. They do not handle things in a timely manner. And they are never able to be reached on the telephone ever and for me to be the VICTIM in a case you would think that I would not have this experience, but this has been my experience. They do not handle matters very well.
