Complete scam!!!!!

Maybe once they were a faithful law firm, but that ship has long sailed. The Dover office is CLOSED. When you call, you will leave a message. Nobody will answer the first time. Once they call you back “Mr. Schaeffer” will call you back very eager and explains everything as though the process will be a breeze, or possibly Barbara (who got very defensive when I asked of her credentials, and immediately transferred me to “Mr.Schaeffer” which went straight to voicemail.)

The information that is provided is false for what you will experience once starting the process. Robert Reidhaar, Bob, was the paralegal handling my case after payment was made. Which again was not communicated initially by “Mr. Schaeffer.” Bob’s responses to my emails when asking question was very vague and would not fully answer all questions. To the point I felt like I was harassing the office and had to cc “Mr. Schaeffer” to get more clear information.

They ask for an abundance of documents, which after doing further research, is not typically required in my case. You have to pay an additional fee for a course, which again was not communicated in the beginning. This made me then begin looking further into the company.

The link to the website from Google is not listed as a safe website, the address listed are two different law firm names. The credit reporting company that they used has history of being a scam as well, and I could go on but won’t for legal purposes.

After bringing these few things to the attention of Bob and “Mr.Schaeffer” via email, I was called by Bob. I explained my case and he ensured that I would be called my “Mr.Schaeffer.”

Immediately after ending the phone call I was sent an email from Bob that they will be refunding my money via check due to my claims of it being a scam and have yet to be contacted from “Mr. Schaeffer” via phone, only email. (And they still won’t answer my question if it’s a scam or not) He ensured that the check is already in the mail. I will be sure to update this review if I actually receive the check but DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

*Update. I did receive a check. Honestly the entire process that I went through still baffles me, but I am still confident in my review.
