Your child is just an Index number to this man, he will act like he cares by mouth but actually sit back and do nothing. If he gets appointed as your child's attorney I suggest you apply for a new one ASAP as he will do nothing but waste your time and do nothing to support your child's real needs. He claims he is a family man but all he seems to do is destroy families.

Let me start by saying Mr. Augustus really needs to retire he has no interest in his clients whatsoever. He doesn’t answer emails. He calls the children the night before court and pretends in the courtroom that he has developed a relationship with the child when in fact he FaceTime with the child for five minutes asks very basic questions like how is school? How was your day? Nothing of importance. In my last case with him, he stated he lives very far away therefore does not do FaceTime at late hours basically saying he just wants to get home and call it a day due to traffic. Call strictly at the opposing parents home and FaceTime and thinks that this is a fair practice does not FaceTime or speak to the child at the other parents house if it doesn’t work to his schedule does not check any kinds of references like my last Law Guardian did to see who he plans on putting the care of my child into whose hands doesn’t care if the opposing parent has had multiple reports made on him by both myself and his ex-wife doesn’t look into anything whatsoever therefore, the fate of these children are definitely in his hands no due diligence is made. He just wants to call it a day and collect his paycheck. This is not the true job of a Law Guardian multiple printed out emails from my last case when I was representing myself and I was allowed to contact him, he does not respond. Hence this is family court in the five boroughs. Failed system . So sad for these kids .

Mr.Anthony A is very much rude, unprofessional and never understand or try to help his clients in any type or shape of form.He doesn't work with the clients at all to get them justice for their case no matter what the case is for ,he doesn't talk up for his clients in court to make them feel comfortable and respected,He doesn't answer your emails and more.He doesn't assist and work with his own kind.He is just not the type of attorney that you will want all jokes aside
