Couldn't believe the back to back conversations with Terry Grenga. I say back to back because she hung up on me twice. Just trying to get information about a loved one's case. Short with me, rude and disrespectful then tried to spin it to say I was the one that was acting that way even being dishonest denying things that she said to me when I called her on them. She changed her tune on the 3rd call after seeing my reviews. Too little too late.
