Mr. Suzuki created my Trust and Will including medical directives. He is kind, professional, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. So many of us put off what is necessary leaving a headache for the ones left behind. Even though I have no plans to pass away soon, I am relieved to know my loved ones will not be left with the burden of making decisions wondering if they are doing the right thing, or worse yet, having the assets I’ve worked so hard for end up in court/probate instead of going directly to the ones I love. Mr. Suzuki will assist you in every way possible. He is a pleasure to work with and made an uncomfortable process easy. I am grateful and relieved!

Dealing with end of life issues is difficult for most of us, however, it is something we all should do. Working with Mr. Suzuki to assist me with my Will, Medical Directives and Trust was easy and painless. Mr. Suzuki is incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and knowledgeable about all of the things I needed to accomplish to insure my loved ones are not left with the burden of making choices I could have made for them. Scott doesn't adjust his schedule for his clients. He is a horrible communicator. Scott does not keep his word. I recently had questions about the verbiage he used in a Special Needs Trust we are trying to set up and Scotty boy here was difficult to say the least. Uncooperative and difficult to work with is my experience. Skip this circus and save yourself some frustration and money.

We needed advice on how a trust drafted in Oregon would work in Hawaii. Scott made himself available at 6:30 in the morning to speak with our Oregon lawyer. He went above and beyond the call. You don't find that kind of effort very often these days. Thank you, Scott !!!

This company sucks!
I hired them in late 2023 when my mother's alzhiemer was getting bad, for about $10k to get a conservatorship/guardianship for her, they then mailed 2 letters to my brothers in the mainland for permission and one brother was no response, then all of a sudden, they stop doing anything, they call and say we are going to do this and we are going to do that, but in reality, they want you to do everything!
But then nothing happens for a whole year! A Whole Freaking Year!
It's now October, They contact me and say we have to redo the contract for 2025 so I need to wait until November 25 for contact, now the price went up more then double to 25k plus!
And nothing is guaranteed!
I told them no thanks so now I owe the about $17-1800 "for their service," and, I gave them $800 for a retainer, all to just mail 2 letters and fluff me!
"Update", I called another lawyer 2 days later and it's 5k for everything!
This company sucks!
They do not care about you!
They take there sweet butt time! Does everything from phone and not once have I met any one in person, not once! What the heck!
