TL;DR Do not trust her.

Terrible. She did more damage to me than the opposition. She advised against a GAL/PC saying it would be too expensive. Incorrect as it goes off of the lowest earners income to qualify for the low cost tier. This arrangement would also have protected the children and me.

She "forgets" to send you important information.

She makes communication difficult by not answering the question immediately. She will complain, chastise, or belittle and then answer. You will be nickel and dimed to death and have nothing to show for it.

She will make veiled threats of dropping you right before a hearing to pressure you into paying her more money.
