No one answered the first time I called Citizen Services - was led to leave a Voice Mail. Call was returned, told they did NOT NEED TO HEAR the issue - but I never revealed the "Real Issue". I was provided Two Phone Numbers and Names. The phone number for the USDA on two occassions was a "disconnected number" both times. The Senior Helpline could not offer me any help - even when I inquired about something other then the CERTIFIED ORGANIC FOOD FRAUD. I know the Office of The Attorney General of Florida is suppose to be there to BE OF SERVICE - they can only be "as good" as the resources & skills provided to them. Disappointing it was to get the same old same old. Email citing all issues sent for your records - momentarily. PLEASE have a fact checker visit those "resources you use every single day" - so you can really be of service to the Citizens living in Florida. Just simply wished to address current issues. My past experience with an INVESTIGATION OF CONSUMER LEASE BUYOUT FRAUD under the prior Attorney General of Florida - I did choose to take part in. Had to resend the same information multiple times - a bit frustrating. I simply went along with the program. My Sales Invoice had EVERY SINGLE LINE ITEM not on the correct line. Then I was hoodwinked to believe the Zurich Gap Insurance and Exrended Maintenance Agreement were part of CHASE'S REQUIREMENTS - for the car loan. Sounded wishy washy. Never received either of these contracts, had to call myself upon choosing to help with this investigation. Never added into my HYUNDAI ACCOUNT on file. Case changed hands frequently over the years - no one reached out to me any longer - was never thanked for what I provided on my time as a GOOD CITIZEN - SENIOR CITIZEN. was finally told by PB COUNTY to find a lawyer - the dealership had changed hands so they could not help me. All handled very poorly once emails ended. Sad ... you wish to HELP . . . But, you are just one of many. Did not pursue anything dealing with a Lawyer - did not ever have that mindset. Just choosing to share the inefficiencies that fall thru the cracks which do not sit right - it was HYUNDAI DELRAY ACURA.
